How To Download a Digital Item

Digital items you've purchased can be accessed and downloaded from the Products page once you've logged into your PupPoshPaws account.

What is an instant download?

Instant downloads: Pre-made files available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card at PupPoshPaws, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

I can’t find my download notification email.

Initially, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also inspect your Social and Promotions tabs. If it's not found there, adding contact@payhip.com to your address book or safe list can assist in locating these emails in the future. For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account. If you have inquiries about an item or order, contact me for assistance.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To retrieve your digital files from your account:

1. Sign in to your PupPoshPaws.com account with the email and password you used during purchase.
2. If you've forgotten your password, simply click "forgot password", enter your registered email address, and follow the reset password instructions provided in the email.
3. Upon logging in, you'll be directed to your "your products" page. Products page
4. Select the digital download.
5. Proceed to download your files.

There are generally no restrictions on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file anytime on your Products page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing occurs when you click the download links, there might be an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons such as ad blockers or toolbars that you've installed and attempt the download again. If your computer indicates that the file is corrupted, delete the file and attempt to download it again. If you're still unable to open the file, please contact the seller through the Contact form for further assistance.

The file type you'll be downloading is indicated under the "You will get the following files" section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, you may be missing the program required to open the file type. Refer to my FAQs for more information on downloading the required program.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item.

On the item page for a digital listing, you'll notice that digital listings cannot be returned or canceled. I assure you if any issues arise with your download, once you contact me directly, I will be more than willing to assist you.

Please note that I don't troubleshoot any issues with your computer or software's you are using.
